Water buffalo is a rich-flavored meat that is darker and leaner than beef. If you like bison, you will love water buffalo. Healthy and humane, our herd roams on a 5,000 acre tract of land rich with with ponds, pasture, and woods.  Our Ground Water Buffalo comes from our all grass-fed and grass-finished herd in Hawthorne, FL.
