Our summer sausage is made from 100% Grass-fed Beef and all natural herbs and spices. It comes ready to eat, and it is great on a cheese platter or added to scrambled eggs, soups, and salads.

Sausage comes in approximately one-half and three-fourth of a pound chunks; specify size when ordering.
