Italian Beef Sausage

All grass fed and finished beef Italian sausage is smoked and ready to eat. The seasonings in these sausages are a true taste of Italy; they are great grilled or sauteed on a skillet  or as an addition to a sauce or soup.

To make Tuscan Italian Sausage Sausage Soup:

• Sautee onions garlic, thyme and oregano with carrots and celery in  butter, lard and/or tallow with salt and pepper on medium heat. 
• Deglaze with (add) one quart of bone broth
• Add chopped Italian sausage with chopped tomato, zucchini and dinosaur kale. Cover and simmer until zucchini is tender. 
• Remove from heat, and soup is ready to serve after 5 minutes.
