Bavette Steaks (2lb)

Bavette steaks are similar to flank steaks and skirt steaks, but with even more flavor, and even more delicious! This steak is cut from the lower chest or abdominal region of the cow.

Bavette steaks can be enjoyed grilled or pan seared in a frying pan or cast iron skillet. The cut is very versatile and can be prepared with a variety of marinades and seasonings. 

We offer a bulk option! Each Bulk Box contains 24 vacuum sealed steaks. Approximately 8oz each steak, the whole box comes to 12lbs.
