Harvested wild from the cold waters of Nova Scotia, our Diver Scallops are frozen on the boat and chemical free. They are 100% dry with no water added for weight.
Diver scallops have a sweet succulent taste. The larger variety (approx 20-25 in a pound) are ideal seared, skewered, in sushi, baked, and even deep fried!
